Each room lists its windows, which way they face and the hours of direct sun on the selected date — in the sample living room, 06:40–12:10, five and a half hours on 10 March.

An honest limit
Your building, not the street
The study models your building. Neighbouring towers and trees are not included, and the tour says so next to the sun hours. For planning or compliance, rely on your architect’s certified insolation study.
Questions
How is the sun position calculated?
From the building’s latitude, longitude, time zone and the north direction on your drawings, for each date and minute.
Which dates can buyers check?
Any date. The date picker changes the season, the time slider the hour.
Are neighbouring buildings included?
No. The tour shows direct sun through the unit’s own windows and notes that surrounding buildings are not modelled.
Can it replace a regulatory insolation study?
No. It is a sales tool that helps buyers understand the light; regulatory studies need a certified calculation.
