How much 3D real estate visualization costs in 2026

Published prices for 3D floor plans, renders, 360° tours, animations and interactive tours in the US, the UAE and Poland — and what a whole building costs.

A furnished 3D floor plan of a one-bedroom apartment

Developers usually buy visualization one image at a time. That makes a single render look affordable and a whole building expensive. Below are published prices from studios, marketplaces and price guides in three markets, and what they add up to for one tower.

Figures are the ranges those sources publish, not quotes. USD values are converted at 3.67 dirhams and about 3.7 złoty per dollar, and rounded.

3D floor plans

A static 3D floor plan is an isometric picture of one furnished layout. In the US, online services list it at $79–139 per plan or $70 per plan; studios quote $200–700 per floor and from $299; marketplace gigs start at $20.

In Dubai a studio guide puts it at AED 550–1,850 per unit. In Poland a market survey gives 200–800 zł per plan and 3,000–12,000 zł for a building package of 20–40 plans; some studios price by area, from 10 zł per m².

What you get is one picture of one furnishing. Buyers can’t turn it, walk in or change anything.

Photoreal renders

Single still images are where studio quality shows most, and prices vary with it. US studios quote $500–3,500 per image; one comparison puts UAE exteriors at $1,200–3,000 against $2,000–4,500 in the US. In Dubai the studio guide above lists AED 900–3,300 per interior and AED 1,500–5,500 per exterior. Freelance marketplaces go down to $20–150.

360° tours and animations

Rendered 360° panoramas cost from $400 each or $350 per space; complete tours run $315–869. In Dubai, VR and 360° projects start around AED 7,500; in Poland a survey gives 3,000–15,000 zł per interactive walk.

Walkthrough animations are priced by length: $2,000–15,000+ per finished minute, or $75 per second.

Interactive and real-time tours

Interactive VR or real-time 3D of one property is quoted from $3,000 to $4,400 and up. Tours built on game engines and streamed from the cloud add hosting: from $750 a month for a managed service, or usage-based plans from $29 a month.

Tours that run in the buyer’s own browser, like ours, don’t need streaming, so that line disappears.

Scanning a finished home

If the apartment exists, scanning is cheap: $223.75 per space up to 1,000 sq ft for Matterport’s capture service, $34.50 per tour with iGUIDE, or AED 700–1,200 per unit in Dubai. Off-plan there is nothing to scan, which is why developers pay for renders instead.

What a whole building costs

Take a tower of 400 units with 20 distinct layouts. Using the ranges above, roughly:

  • Static 3D floor plans, one per layout: 20 × $70–700 = $1,400–14,000. One furnishing per layout, nothing interactive.
  • 360° tours, one per layout: 20 × $315–869 = $6,300–17,400. Fixed viewpoints, one furnishing.
  • Interactive VR, if each layout is priced like a property: 20 × $3,000–4,400 = $60,000–88,000, plus hosting if it streams.

What moves the price

  • Realism. Photoreal lighting, materials and staging take the most studio time.
  • Number of views. Studios price per image, per room or per minute, so every extra angle is a new line.
  • Revisions and changes. A new finish or furniture set usually means new renders.
  • Interactivity and hosting. Real-time tours cost more to build, and streamed ones cost every month.

Where InsideWalk fits

We price per building, not per image. A pilot building costs a fixed $6,000: every unit on every floor, walkable at eye level, furnished and priced, with sunlight on any date, embedded on your site and hosted for 12 months. After the pilot, it’s from $30 per unit, and the first sample unit is free. See pricing.
